Welcome to the Winnipeg River Sasquatch Association. We are are group of dedicated individuals devoted to the research, tracking and report taking of this elusive creature. We do not support the killing of the sasquatch to further science.
Cryp.to.zo.ol.o.gy The study of creatures, such as the Sasquatch whose existence has not yet been substantiated.
Sas.quatch A native Salish word meaning 'wild man of the woods'. A hairy creature like a human being reported to exist in the Northwest U.S. and Western Canada and said to be a primate between 6 and 15 feet (1.8 to 4.6 metres) tall -- Also called 'bigfoot'. The creature is not identified scientifically as a species.
